   Unfortunately our experience was not great this year. We were not prepared for a prefixed menu. It was a huge disappointment and the quality of the food was not good. On a positive note the bar was great and the drinks were delicious. We have come here for many years for all our special occasions. Very expensive and not a great experience at all.

   Christmas Eve dinner was not the best. I realize it’s busy. As a Landry select Member you are supposed to get priority seating requests. I called ahead and booked early to request an ocean view table. We were seated facing the parking lot. I had 11 year old twin boys and had to ask for a kids menu and immediately the server was disappointed that they would not be selecting the $79 per person menu. Cesar salad had no dressing. Fish was super fishy and didn’t eat it.steaks were great. Told the server my fish was not good and nothing was removed from the bill or replaced. We were seated right before 4:30pm and did not walk out until 7:15pm. Took 45 min for our first drink. Overall we were not impressed at all.

   Great food. Great view. Three-course menu had several excellent options at reasonable price. Staff was attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our holiday at Chart House.

   Steaks were cold… meatballs were raw…sodas flat Overall restaurant I think was understaffed and really dirty! Restrooms not good All the tables in bar area were filthy and overflowing with dishes and glasses and food on the floor! Very disappointed this trip ;( They did adjust bill but we would have rather had a nice dinner

   This has always been one of my favorite places to dine. I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is excellent and just adds to the already great atmosphere. Our server was just wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better one.

   We had a very nice dinner last night at the Chart House. Our server, Jose, took good care of us and made several helpful suggestions. Our prime Rib was terrific as were the sides we ordered. You can't beat the ocean view from the restaurant. We will be back.

    Honestly, pretty bad. Look, our server was great, a super nice guy, and we got the best table at the window on the sand. But he couldn’t make up for bad food. Badly shucked oysters with shell and sand, bland tuna crudo, fried calamari with such a thick batter, it tasted more of the batter than the squid. And then the entrees. Oh Lord🤦🏻‍♂️ My sea bass with lobster risotto was pedestrian, served with a sadly cold tomato beurre blanc. But my bf’s spice-crusted mahi was vile. Served with a wasabi cream that tasted like how chlorine smells, and some random brown sauce that tasted like pure sugar, it was putrid. Drinks were fine. However, there were more problems. The open kitchen was terribly dirty, crusty black grills that hadn’t been cleaned in centuries and dirt scattered everywhere. And the valet who brought my car, when I didn’t give him a tip because neither of us had cash in our wallets (we’re not cheapskates, we would have), not only rudely reminded us of the tip but said we could Venmo him! Not a classy move…
