    We had to wait for our table about 15 minutes on a very busy Easter evening. However, didn’t take our server, Taylor long to attend to us. Her attentiveness was excellent, friendly, & efficient. Didn’t wait long for our drink & food orders to arrive. Only misstep was my husband ordered Cream of Crab soup, but received Clam Chowder instead. Since he likes both didn’t ask for the crab soup. The prime rib was cooked the way I asked & was delicious. My husband’s selection was as well. Since we couldn’t eat all our food; we took it home. I highly recommend Charthouse Prime & ask for Taylor.

    Omg the food what's delicious it met all my expectations.The waitress was very kind,patient and attentive.The environment was what I expected and the ambiance was worth it.My guest had a very good time and was very impressed.I will be visiting again soon.

    Waiter was slow to greet us. He was also slow to our last drinks & the check. We had to ask someone else. Crab dip & calamari was good. Drink were ok. Why do they need so much ice? Rip off.

    Our reservation was 10:15am. We had an appetizer and put in our meal order. At 11:30 we still didn’t have our main meals, nor did any table around us. No explanation. Our waiter did not come by to explain or check on us during that time. The restaurant should have offered a free round of drinks during that time for the delay in food service. Menu offering is so-so. The water view is great. Noise level was also decent. Not loud and music was low allowing for easy conversation. Just a severe lack in timely food delivery today.

    Food was good, but nothing that really wowed you with depth of flavor. Everything was a little on the pricey side which I don’t necessarily mind if the flavor is there. Got one of the fancy cocktails and it just tasted like brown Listerine lol. For a 300$ plus meal I guess I expected something more but I guess you pay for the vibe and waterside view.
