   We eat the Chart House quarterly. This is the first time we found the food to be poorly prepared and not good.

   My partner ordered a prime rib and was accidentally given a filet. They immediately apologized, brought the prime rib and took it off the bill. He truly appreciated the high level of attention to rectify the problem - they went above and beyond! Will absolutely be back. Oh and I had the Caesar which was amazing and the ahi entree. Fabulous!

   I have been here many times in the past. The service was outstanding. We enjoy sitting near the window but the wait staff station is right there. Very difficult to have a conversation with the wait staff running past your table. Our waiter Scott was excellent, however the food was sub par when you consider the bill was $400 with tip for two people.

   Chart House is now Prime, and the extra touches are well received! Music with the DJ was outstanding, food choices are becoming more innovative yet remain closely aligned to Maryland tradition, and everything was well prepared and delicious. Highly recommend!

   First time diners and we had an amazing meal. We had the warm crab dip and spicy shrimp sushi roll for starters. Both were loved equally by the table, but my preference was the sushi. The creamy crab soup was loaded with crab and very rich! Two diners had the Chilean sea bass with lobster risotto- which they both loved, and another had the waguy ribeye- which he thoroughly enjoyed! Desert was the trio of crème brûlée and it was delicious. Our server was on top of everything and couldn’t have been more attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be back!

    Our dinner would have been a perfect 10, were it not for the loud disco-style nightclub music that drowned out our conversations with our dinner guests. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against music playing during dinner, but the music must be appropriate for the atmosphere. We were there to enjoy a wonderful meal and pleasant conversation in a relaxing environment. We were not there to boogie-down on a dance floor (even though there isnt a dance floor you found yourself wondering why not?) The style of music might have been acceptable if it were not so LOUD and obnoxious, but for us, it ruined an otherwise perfect evening. For this reason, I doubt we will be returning anytime soon or recommending this restaurant.
