Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Had an 8:15 reservation for Valentine’s Day and I want to say everything went as smoothly as possible. We arrived and were seated promptly, the entire staff was great. A shoutout to our server Ed! We ordered the porterhouse, fried shrimp, and cauliflower. For drinks we had the mai tai and blueberry hibiscus lemonade. We were so full by the end but could not leave without a butter cake to go. Overall very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Charley’s for any special occasion.

    Great food offerings from crab cake appetizers to cauliflower (You have to try this!), and of course the steaks themselves. We had Angus ribeye w/ truffle butter topping. Key lime pie w/ crushed macadamia nuts crust was sublime.

    Amazing dining experience! Staff was extremely attentive and the food quality was supreme! Our waiter, Orlando (from Chicago!), was very knowledgeable about the menu and guided our selections based on individual preferences. The portions are extremely large, so plan to share any "sides" ordered with the entire table!

    Great evening celebrating our anniversary. We were presented with flowers and a card! The hostess and staff are amazing! The restaurant was extremely busy and the staff really worked as a team. Sebastian as usual was attentive and friendly. Our favorite restaurant by far!
