A local/chef owned steak and seafood concept, Chef Richard Chamberlain adds a culinary touch to regionally sourced aged prime beef, fresh fish & wild game. Combining friendly service and a warm comfortble atmosphere with specialties such as applewood smoked salmon, Texas wagyu potstickers, east coast oysters, lobster shrimp bisque, American bison strip loin, panko crusted lobster & filet mignon with whiskey peppercorn sauce. Five private dining rooms accommodating from 8, 24, 36, 55 & 100 people are available for private occasions such as anniversaries, corporate dinners & birthdays. Ask about our Chef cooking demonstrations for your group. Also check out our lounge next door featuring live music 5 nights a week. Service was great but food was average. Bisque was lukewarm warm, steaks were just so so and sides were just ok. Disappointing as last year the meal and service were top notch.

The Chamberlain’s staff is the best of the best and provide a wonderfully special evening for me and my family.

It did have a faint smell of cigars and bathroom cleaner when we walked in. It’s also incredibly dark in the restaurant which makes it hard to read the menu.

We got the head waiter "Ricky" who has worked there for over 20 years. He made us feel like royalty and real made it a truly wonderful experience . The food was absolutely 5 star. Can't recommend this place enough for an amazing dining experience.

Management wanted to seat our party of 4 in the noisy bar, right by the front door. Finally gave us a table in the main dining room. Food is very average at best. We wanted a better dining experience for our Christmas get-together with friends. This place could go the way of Chamberlains Fish Market Grill.👎
