   Un asco de lugar y la gente que atiende aún más. Fuimos con amigos que era nuestra última noche juntos y nos trataron y atendieron fatal. Pedimos libro de quejas y no tenían y el manager ni siquiera nos ayudó. La noche de ayer fuimos un grupo de amigos que vienen de Italia éramos 13 personas en total en la mesa, tuvimos que esperar más de 2 horas la cena al punto de decirles 2 veces que queríamos cancelar la orden de los platos fuertes, la atención fue bastante mala y al Momento de pagar la cuenta que era bastante costosa el mesero David nos trató bastante ofensivo y falta de respeto se negaba a dejarnos pagar con varias tarjetas diferentes la cuenta que eran como 33 mil pesos, incluyeron la propina colocando el 20% y aquí en México exigir la propina es ilegal cuando le dijimos que por qué ponen la propina que la atención fue mala nos respondió si quieren no pongan la propina no nos interesa la propina de ustedes, otro de la mesa le dijo que la propina se gana por la atención dada y que es ilegal exigirla y respondió si quiere llame a profeco en fin nunca más volveremos a cenar a Chambao Tulum ... súper mala experiencia CERO RECOMENDADO ESE LUGAR

   The ambiance and service were great, the food was very mid though, especially for the incredibly high prices (i'm from Switzerland, so I'm used to these type of prices).

   Muy buen lugar, excelente experiencia y alimentos. Muy buena atención por parte de Amira y Jorge, que nos atendieron de maravilla. Lo recomiendo.

    First visit and very grateful to the staff for having attended to my special request, very kind. The place is very cozy and dim, both romantic and familiar. The service was excellent, the dishes were very well presented, elaborate and delicious. Recommended!
