   La comida excelente, el ambiente divertido, aunque a veces está muy alta la música y no sé puede apenas hablar. Los baños muy bien atendidos y con buenos detalles. Destaco sobre todo el servicio y atención del personal, muy amables y profesionales!!!!

   I checked the top places to eat in Madrid and chose Chamboa for my birthday. We had reservations for 7pm and the place was empty besides 2 other tables of 4 people each. Hostess was NOT friendly and hardly looked at us. We had to ask someone to take our drink order. Before we even got our drinks someone asked if we were ready to order dinner. We said no. We were not wanting to be rushed out. Besides, it was empty in there (Monday) and it's a big restaurant. The drinks came fairly promptly and my cosmopolitan was very good. Things went downhill from there. Twice my husband had to literally stand up and wave his napkin to get someone over to take an order. We ordered more drinks. Then we ordered a salad to start. He did warn us the salad was big enough to share so we did. Note it was big enough for four people. After that since the staff was unresponsive we decided to close out the tab and leave. We have never done that before. Why would a customer have to flag down someone in an empty place? Pathetic experience.

    Después de celebrar mi cumpleaños en este maravilloso lugar solo puedo decir que es una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas que he podido degustar, ya sea por su personal atento y amable como el ambiente o la atmósfera que este proporciona. Y me gustaría dar una mención especial a ROMÁN el gran ROMÁN, que nos hizo la cena más especial todavía es un profesional y una persona muy dedicada y amante de su trabajo. Mil gracias, volveremos.
