   Aún con reserva tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 1 hora, el Parking muy lento para recibir y aun más para entrega.

   Hice reservación para las 8:45 y me pasaron a mi mesa a las 9:35. La atención muy buena por parte se los meseros. Nos fuimos porque alguien de otra mesa comenzó a poner música en lugar del DJ y era muy malo.

   Incredible service and attention to detail. First class. All staff so attentive, kind, and focused on guest experience. Food was fantastic, atmosphere was lively and fun.

   I have traveled all over the world and this is by far one of the best meals I have ever had. The service was impeccable. I got up to use the restroom, which was more like a spa lounge, and my napkin was immediately refolded. Water was always topped off and the table was wiped down in between each course. At one point, we had four waiters at our table all taking care of things for just the two of us. Our main server Raul was very attentive and ensured we had everything we wanted for our meal, including making our Cesar salad table side. The steaks were served on sizzle plates which kept them nice and warm. All of the side portions were HUGE, recommend sharing anything you order. This place has all of the details down! It was my birthday and they surprised me with a lovely dessert and sparkler as well as a bay view table. There were several birthdays so the energy was very high and fun. The energy was phenomenal and the food quality was fantastic. They have a robust liquor menu. The ambiance was so pretty on the bay and with a jungle walkway feeling experience to get to the restaurant. The experience was like being in Vegas with a more US Ruth’s Chris price. We opted for an earlier dinner to enjoy the sunset but at 9:30 they really start to party and have different entertainment which we did not stay until.

   We went here upon recommendation from people we met at the pool for my wife’s birthday while in Cancun. Brian, our server from Venezuela was phenomenal as was Samuel the floor manager that came by and spoke to us. It was a great meal great atmosphere and an awesome time. They were all quizzing my son and his Spanish, which was awesome and funny. Five star review would recommend again.

   What an amazing night! Such a lively vibe and good service! Chaky in particular was so attentive and kind and just amazing! Highly highly recommend! Come for a show, good food and just overall amazing vibe!

    Me parece padrísimo todo el concepto solo q la carne q pedimos venia seca y le faltaba sal Pero el servicio , los shows increíbles y la ambientación todo excelente Pedí agua Evian q es lo q tomo siempre y no hay
