   We have eaten here for years and this has always been our favorite Brazillian steakhouse. Last night it seems that some of the items on the buffet have been removed and the meat service was very slow and not offering a lot. We will come back again for sure just to make sure that it wasn't just an off night.

   As a person that frequents the many Brazilian steakhouses Houston has to offer, Chama Gaucha has got to be at the top of the list. There’s a wide selection of meats, and they are all cooked to absolute perfection. The salad bar is also robust, lots of fresh veggies and internationally inspired options. The highlight, however, is the service…IMPECCABLE! Never and empty glass, every single meat made it to our table (without having to ask), never had to “find” a waiter. The full service experience makes this place so worth it.

   Although this wasn't our first or second time get, it was still a Great experience. Service was great. Food was good. My son enjoyed his birthday!

    It was great overall. The only thing I hope they could improve on is less charring on the meat skin
