   I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegant décor that set the perfect tone for the evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. The menu featured a delightful variety of dishes, and each one was a masterpiece—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The Rib Eye was a standout, cooked to perfection.    Meats were either rare or medium rare, had asked for more well done meats multiple times and the reply was always “I be back with that”, no one came back. The meats tasted like cheap cuts of meat. There are several other restaurants in the area that offer the Brazilian experience, this was the worst.

   Still a 5 star experience tho Wellington is no longer there. Cory “ bartender” is great. He makes the 1 hour trip for us worth it to dine and drink there.

   ¡Delicioso! Incredible service, great salad bar, very nicely cooked and hot meats brought to our table without long waits. Space between tables unlike the other guys... A truly wonderful dining experience, especially on New Year's Eve when service and food temps can be off. Shoutout to our server Andres who was on point all night, and the lovely Brisa who was all over the restaurant helping out and running support for the servers. 5 Star evening!

   Started off great but then I asked for a jalapeño and some sauce for my meat. After I was through eating us when I got my jalapeño. Never got any sauce. Disappointed because the ball was dropped on those 2 items.

   My kids and I had a great experience at this restaurant! We love Chama Gaucha but have only been to the one in San Antonio. I feel the uniformity of customer service and experience at each restaurant is impeccable!
