   We’ve visited this restaurant a few times now, We visited yesterday for Easter Sunday brunch, and it’s always been one of our favorite spots. The ambiance is great, the food usually phenomenal, and the service consistently wonderful. This time, however, we were a little let down. A few of the seafood items didn’t taste as fresh as expected, and overall the food wasn’t quite at the level we’ve experienced in the past. That said, our server Ana was absolutely amazing—attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond. She really stood out and helped make the experience enjoyable despite the food not being at its best. We’re hoping this was just a rare off day for the kitchen, because we’ve had fantastic meals here before and definitely want to return.

   The Doral Fajita platter had a lot of flavor and was more than enough to share. Especially after the large portion of guacamole. The drinks were pretty good but my wife’s margarita was a bit too strong to be enjoyable. A mariachi band came in toward the end, the place has a great ambiance and vibe. Overall, it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area.

   We have been to Chabella’s many times and have never had a bad meal. Our favorite appetizers are the Guacamole Sampler and the Queso Fundido. For the main meal, the Fajitas are always a great choice ( and you will likely have something for lunch the next day). My personal favorite is the filet wrapped with bacon and topped with cheese. It is served on a bed of mashed potatoes and is scrumptious. Top it all off with great service and a roving Mariachi band on a Friday night and you can’t go wrong.

   Our experience was wonderful. We were a large party celebrating a birthday and every staff member made sure our party was being attended. No errors on orders, our waitress Angie was excellent, she was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is vibrant and energetic. They also had live music which was spectacular. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. We had a great time, Highly recommend

   It didn't meet my expectations. I ordered the octopus and it looked like plastic. I also ordered rib eye tacos, expecting something divine, but it wasn't, and I'm not even talking about the presentation.

    We took advantage of the half priced Taco Tuesday and it was awesome! $4 Prosecco was also great! The guacamole sampler was superb! The roasted pineapple option was delicious.
