Using only quality seasonal and organic ingredients, our Latin-inspired menu features spectacular Latin food prepared in a wood-fired oven, and a variety of fresh house-made fire-roasted salsas, which hint at the natural and abundant flavor profiles found in every dish.

The same attention to detail carries on to our hand-crafted cocktails; using only fresh-squeezed juices, house-made sour mixes, 100% Blue Agave Tequilas and fresh fruit garnishes for all of our Margaritas.                                                                     Happily surprised by our first visit. Food was very good and a great value! Very loud and hard to have a conversation across the table and even with the server but it was a Saturday night. We will definitely go back for dinner on a weekday or for lunch to see if it’s a littler less “energetic”.

                                                                    We celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday and it was a wonderful evening with another couple. I had the carne asada entree and it was absolutely melt-in-my-mouth tender and delicious. My husband found the carnitas to be dry, which was disappointing. The guacamole and salsas are really good, and I recommend the prickly pear margarita. This is a nice restaurant for special events but that being said it can get pretty noisy. The restaurant was renovated not too long ago and it’s pretty. Beware the tables near the restrooms. When those doors open, you can look right in and that’s not the best when you’re trying to have a nice meal.

                                                                    We have dined at Cha Cha’s around 40 times over the past few years. We love this place! Food is consistent and is priced at a good value. We especially enjoy Enchilada Wednesdays and frequent this restaurant on Wednesday nights. However, the Cadillac margaritas we had on our most recent visit were absolutely the worst! Nothing more than a FULL GLASS OF ICE, with a ton of mix and VERY LITTLE Tequila. If if were not for the side shot of liquor, I doubt there would be any alcohol in our drinks. The owner definitely needs to address the quality of his bartenders, who should be able to prepare a decent margarita at a Mexican Restaurant.
