Using only quality seasonal and organic ingredients, our Latin-inspired menu features spectacular Latin food prepared in a wood-fired oven, and a variety of fresh house-made fire-roasted salsas, which hint at the natural and abundant flavor profiles found in every dish.

The same attention to detail carries on to our hand-crafted cocktails; using only fresh-squeezed juices, house-made sour mixes, 100% Blue Agave Tequilas and fresh fruit garnishes for all of our Margaritas.                                                                     Regulars at Cha’s Cha’s so decided to invite our friends to meet us for brunch. Seated fast, server initially was prompt and attentive. Took our orders, provided us with info on brunch special; which all 4 of us ordered. Asked for chips and salsa, along with queso dip as part of special. Had to ask a few times as server seemed to get a little overwhelmed with other tables. Bottomless mimosas weren’t being refilled as we had to continue to look for her. We even asked another server for help. Three of us ordered the carne asada, per my recommendation. I was expecting it to be similar to the asada dish on the regular menu. Asked for medium rare and all 3 came out well down, super chewy. We didn’t want to complain so we all ate, 2 asked for to go boxes lol. Server finally showed up for one last pour of mimosas as brunch was coming to an end. She asked if we were interested in dessert and before we can even answer she turned around to tend to another table! Ha, it was so rude that it was funny.. Very caught off guard by the food and service as we are regulars. The owner always stops by our table and gives our 4 year old ice cream on the house. I didn’t want to bother him with my feedback, but will when we decide to go and visit again.

                                                                    My only gripe would be the noise level. We had to request outdoor seating in order to hear each other conversate. Overall, the food, the service and the value, all outstanding. We plan to return soon.

                                                                    We met another couple for dinner and drinks. I made reservations and only waited a few minutes for our table. Drinks were good. Food was good. Volume was a bit loud, but we could talk. They offered a Happy Hour menu for food and drinks… until closing which was very nice.
