   Well the service was very good, our rsvp was for the last time slot 10:30 for New Years Eve. A few years ago the place was bustling and super fun. Last night even tho the staff was nice, a were definetly rushed. They handed us New Year’s part favors and technically we could have stayed but the place was just not fun for what could have been a great experience. We were on time for our rsvp but there seemed to be a little issue- rushed to order bc kitchen was closing and forgot to order dessert. Drinks took a while to come and reorder… Cha-chas you could knock it out of the park with full house - lmk when you are ready for my team to plan your next full house-fast turn around event!

   For the past 20 years we have celebrated by having di ner and a movie in Brea. This year, we ate at Cha Chas and were glad we made reservations, as it was packed. We were seated right on time and were greeted by our waitress, Rebecca. This was the best service we had ever received. Although the restaurant was packed, we felt we were the only customers. Our waitress was friendly and very comfortable with taking our orders and making sure our drinks were kept full. We have dined at Cha Chas for years and were extremely impressed with our evening. Thank you, Rebecca, for making our New Year celebration special.

   We were running late to our reservation so we called restaurant and they were able to push our reservation a little later. While we waited to be seated two seats became available at the bar and we decided to just stay there at eat. We let the hostess know but about 15 minutes later we heard them calling my name. I guess they forgot to take me off the list. Margaritas were great and food was delicious. The new year lobster tacos was my choice and my friend had two chicken tacos but before that we had the chicken flautas appetizers and some yummy guacamole with chips. Bartenders were the best always making sure we had whatever needed. There was a nice band that played very cool music. When the band wasn’t playing their speakers had very loud music playing which to me might be just a bit loud for having a conversation but we made it work. We have been here many times just not on NYE. We were glad we were able to get the reservation on the same day.

   We had reservations for 6:00 and still had to wait 20 minutes before we got seated. Seems like they were running behind. The food was great and arrived hot. A little noisy but it was New Year’s Eve and they had a band playing intermittently. The server was very attentive.

   Came for the Sunday champagne brunch - there’s no champagne with that brunch. Good service, food good - not great. Just update your website & menu b/c “Champagne Brunch” makes it sound like you get champagne. Cocktails were expensive.

   Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable, from the greeter when we first walked in, to our waiter who was god sent. The food was delicious, the drinks were awesome. I loved this place. I will definitely be back and soon, already looking forward to my next visit.

    Made reservations and sat outside. It was a little disappointing as it wasn't a lively atmosphere as inside. There wasn't any holiday sparkle anywhere. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend, but there was something missing as my friends were there for the first time. Food was very good.
