   We had the best Christmas Eve dinner at Centro 336! The food was fabulous. It was very busy but it's that time of year which is expected. As long as the food hit the mark we did not mind the time spent, it was well worth it. The owner actually was helping out staff and came by to thank us for our patience. We definitely will be back.

   I cannot recall the last time I actually was disappointed or wrote a poor review for a restaurant, but I could not let this one go We had a 6 PM reservation and were promptly seated. We actually put our order in at 6:15 and was not served until 7 PM. The waitress actually came out and asked us if we wanted dessert and we looked at her and advised that we had not even received our meal yet the waitress barely came back and checked up on us throughout the evening. I ordered the veal chop, which was the most expensive item on the menu and it was the worst veal shop I ever had in my life. It was extremely fatty. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve been to this restaurant many times before and enjoyed the food and the service this time was off the charts bad. Sorry I had to submit such a bad review, but I could not go without submitting.

   Lovely holiday decor and overall ambience. Server was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Wine selection was very good, perhaps overpriced but that’s eating out generally. Our meal was mediocre, except for the octopus appetizer, which was outstanding. Our main course was a shared branzino from the Canary Islands! Unfortunately, it was a disappointment- very dry with little flavor. The sides were nothing special - roasted but bland. Seasonal root vegetables had carrots, the best part of the main course.

   Food & Service was terrific. Very nice atmosphere. Fist time eating there with new ownership, great time. Highly recommend it.

   Everything was great! First time we ate there for dinner since the change in ownership and were pleasantly surprised. We will be back for sure!

   Centro is under new ownership and our group of 4 was pleased. The bar menu was creative and the bartender charming. The Lychee Martini was excellent - and that is not a drink on many menus. Dinner was good, not amazing, but comfortable Italian. Crisp zucchini chips and meatballs were both delicious as starters. Salads had a nice balance - a chopped Cesar was a different take on the classic. Chicken Milanese, Orcchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe, Paccheri with Short Rib Ragu and Melanzane -- Classic dishes, well prepared, Everyone was happy. There was only one miss - a suggested dessert that looked like a large three layered Neapolitan cookie, but the cake layers were cloyingly sweet. Too sweet to eat. The gelato sampler was a better bet with a very good pistachio among the five scoops. Would we go back again. Absolutely - this is a very neighborhood restaurant with a attractive menu and location.

   The orecchiette was the best entree but not sure there’s great value even with the prix fixe. It was fine, but not great.

   Food was very good and service very accommodating. The mussels were outstanding and the chicken parm was very tender. Special Hendricks gin cocktail with cucumber and mint was also a big hit. Overall lovely dinner.
