The service is amazing at CBD, but for it to be a steakhouse, I would expect the steaks to be cooked to perfection. My brother and I both ordered our steaks medium. There was a misunderstanding when he ordered, and so his steak wasn’t served when the rest of the orders came out. And when it finally did come out, his was medium rare. Mine came out medium well. The servers and manager did everything they could to make up for it, but I will most likely not return.

We were disappointed that many things we tried to order were unavailable and that nothing was done to help make the night special during a birthday dinner.

Went to Celebrate 15 year anniversary. Took a long while to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. We drove over two hrs to come there. Thanks for the amazing meal. Lamb Chop where lip smacking.

The restaurant was great but the hotel valet service was a total rip off. We were three minutes over the two hour limit and they charged $20.

Reserved a table a few days before. Walked in. One other table. Practically empty. Red flag #1. Took an hour to get a filet and scallops. Filet was cut into 3 uneven pieces that were not even cooked to the same temperature. Scallops were served in a risotto soup. It was runny and I couldn’t eat it with my fork. Manager was rude and told my partner “that’s how we serve the filet here.” No, sir. You don’t cut a filet. You might slice it and call it medallions, but you don’t cut a filet. He took the plates, didn’t even offer anything else and just left us sitting there. Server came over, after not seeing him or anyone else for the hour we waited, apologized, and we left. Came back the next morning for breakfast, trying to give them a second chance. We know bad days happen. There were 5 tables waiting. My partner walked over to a table and the lady said they had been waiting 45 minutes for drinks and no one had come to take their order. We just got up and left. They need to get their sh*t together. Short staffed? That’s okay. We get it. But the manager should be out serving as well. Don’t waste your time here.
