   The service was great and our server was attentive and quick. Also, the burger and fries were good. That is where the good ends. Two of us ordered the filet (medium) and they were both dry, hard and rubbery. The twice baked potato was dry and lacked flavor. The biggest issue was with the manager. I asked that at least one of the steaks be deducted from the bill, doubtful it was tenderloin (consistency was like a sirloin) and if it was it was select grade and not choice. One of us didn’t eat most of it because it was so chewy. The server had no problem with the deduction but the manager came over and unsympathetically stated that they hand cut the meat and it was indeed a filet. He then gave me 10% off of one steak, an insulting $3.50 discount on an inedible $35 steak. Insulting is putting it mildly. It’s no wonder the place was empty on a Saturday night! If they stick to beer and burgers it’s probably fine, but if you have a complaint, don’t expect what you would with respectable management.

   They didn’t reserve our table so we had to wait almost a half hour to be seated even though a row of tables was clearly visibly empty. I complained and they still took over 5 minutes after apologizing to seat us. The food was okay. The noise level was awful. We won’t be returning.

   I have to admit, Cast has the best fries anywhere. Hot, crispy, salty - yum. Our server (whose name I didn't get) was energetic and helpful, and brought everything quickly. I am not eating bread these days, so was a little disappointed that you don't offer a bun-substitute (lettuce wrap?) for a burger. But the burgers were done as requested, medium rare. Your iced tea is even good!

   Jodi is an amazing server and needs all the praise and support. She busts her butt every Sunday and is great at her job.

   Wonderful service, first of all. However, burger was overcooked and pretty skimpy for the price. Asked for med-rare, received well. My daughter has mac n cheese and said it was tasteless. Fries were great.

   We thought this was just a little tapas joint. We were pleasantly surprised! A wonderful variety in the food offering! The food was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt! We both agreed this is a repeat on our list of go to’s!!!

   I reserved a table for 18 for a work function at Cast Plates and Pints. The original reservation was for 14, and they easily handled my request to increase it to 18. They called to confirm the reservation ahead of time, accommodating our preference for low-top tables. During the dinner, the server was professional, friendly, and timely, even when we needed to split the checks in a specific way. The food was delicious and they had options for everyone. I would definitely recommend Cast for large groups!

   The food, service and value was great. Sometimes it was a little difficult to hear each other. Music was a little loud, but not to bad. Thanks for a nice night.

   Very disappointed. The reservation request gave us the option of menu or buffet. My daughter has a health issue that prevents her from eating at buffets. So, we left without eating. We are regular customers. Disappointing Mother’s Day brunch.

    We have been to Cast Plates and Pints for several special buffets (Thanksgiving) and this time for Mother’s Day. Each time has been better than the previous. Food choices were excellent and well prepared. Great service. Good drink choices. I highly recommend!
