   A Night to Remember – Absolute Perfection! I cannot rave enough about our experience at this chocolate and cocktail tasting speakeasy. It was beyond anything I could have imagined! Each cocktail and chocolate pairing somehow managed to outdo the one before it, setting a new standard for excellence with every bite and sip. The flavors were thoughtfully curated, surprising, and indulgent in the best way. And our host? Michael, truly second to none—warm, knowledgeable, and made the evening feel intimate and exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is so impeccably executed. This was hands-down one of the best date night experiences we’ve ever had in Houston. My fiancé is still raving about it, and we’re already planning when we can come back. If you’re looking for something unique, black, upscale, and unforgettable, this is it.

   I will definitely make another trip to Case Chocolates. I was there for a small birthday celebration and it was perfect. The speakeasy was quaint. The cocktails were creative. And, the chocolates were AMAZING- some of the best that I have ever eaten.

   They call this a cocktail and chocolate “pairing” but the chocolate just has the same liquor as the base cocktail. I’ve been to other chocolate and alcohol pairings and they made it a true pairing - ie the alcohol and the chocolate stand alone, and then you try them together and they enhance each other. That was not the case here. It felt obvious and a bit boring. The flavors were definitely redundant. Not sure it’s worth the money.

    It is a unique experience in Houston to pair quality globally sourced chocolate with crafted to perfection cocktails. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend.
