We offer a house baked bread basket to accompany our authentic Italian menu in a relaxed atmosphere with a well appointed bar. We have the best patio with a fireplace in Birmingham called “Piazza”

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm for Happy Hour. Only the Happy Hour menu will be available during that hour.

    The restaurant was extremely noisy. Very difficult to have a conversation. 3 of our 6 entrees were inedible, too salty. We waited one hour for our chicken parmesan to replace the salty pasta. Then our bill came and there was not any financial accommodation for our inconvenience. We were at your restaurant for over 3 hours. We will be hesitant to return.

    Love casa Pernoi! Always great food and the service was great. Had the skate wing Milanese, grilled octopus, and Cacio e Pepe. Delish!
