   Our food was excellent. Our server Jason was superb. We had a wonderful evening start to finish. We were greeted and George made sure our table and our service was impeccable.

   Bone in Filet is fabulous. Tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend it. The baby iceberg salad was not edible as the lettuce was not green but yellow(on 2 different tries).

   My experience was disappointing—both my first and last visit. The waiter was unfriendly and never checked back to see if we needed anything. To make matters worse, our steak was tough, cold, and overly fatty.

   Excellent service and atmosphere. The food was served. Elegantly was delicious and top quality. Cocktail selection was great. Enjoyable place for dinner.

   Steak restaurant with a charge for bread, steak sauce. $89 for an 8oz filet isn’t enough. Way overpriced. Ps when I asked the waiter if they had steak sauce he didn’t mention that it was $6. I understood it’s Las Vegas but you don’t have to kill the customer

   Our dinner at Carversteak was exceptional. This was the second time dining there and once again it didn’t disappoint. We were a group of 10 and our service was outstanding, led by our server Anthony. He was amazing. Nothing was missed. If you like martinis be sure to request the table side martini. They were so good and it’s fine to have the cart pull up to the table for tableside.

    We had a larger party who was sat on the “semi” enclosed patio. It was freezing. It was a cold night and 95% of the enclosed area is closed, however, the 5% which is the entire bottom of the “enclosed” wall was open. Leaving a very frigid breeze directly hitting our table. Everything else was fine, but nothings worse than eating great food while shivering 🥶
