   This was a new restaurant to myself and my dining partner. The comfort food elevated concept was very interesting and amazingly well done. The servers' recommendations were fantastic and everything delivered to our table was exactly as described on the menu. The fact that the restaurant has artificial sweeteners, but not the pink packets (i.e., saccharin) caused me to not get the iced tea. I don't know why any upscale restaurant would not offer pink packets as an option to guests since it's the only artificial sweetener that effectively and efficiently dissolves into cold beverages. Other than the artificial sweetener issue, everything else was fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you like iced tea sweetened with saccharin, I recommend you bring your own Sweet 'n' Low packets with you. There are many appetizers that are absolutely delicious and will have me return to try the ones I could not get to on this visit. On the service side, I was running late because of when the concert ended at Delta Center. I called the restaurant and talked with Bob to let him know I was heading over from Delta Center, but I would be a few minutes later than my scheduled 5:30 pm reservation. Bob assured me that was just fine and we got there at 5:45 pm. We were seated immediately at a table that was ready for us, and had a lovely time. The service is just great at Carson Kitchen!

   Great food, great service and great drinks the baked mac n’ cheese is the best I’ve ever had. The donut bresd pudding is a must!

   GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE. Acoustics are horrible-loud space with high ceilings. ;-( But would still recommend it!

   Seated promptly even on a busy Saturday. Excellent service and food. Headed to a game at Delta Center and they did a great job of keeping us on schedule.

   Severely understaffed. 8:30 res and didn't get seated until close to 9 pm. The hostess was bussing all tables. No bus person in sight. Server was super nice so that was a bonus. The feed was so/so and for the price I would expect more quality. The $38 NY strip ordered and medium came out like charcoal. The chicken skins with hone and the Mac and Cheese were decent.

   We shared a variety of small and large plates -- all very well prepared. Service was excellent. Recommend the short rib steak, mac and cheese, and the oxtail risotto. But really we followed our server's advice. I thought the Cab from CA was good and reasonably priced. Cocktails first class. Will return!

   Having spent 2 weeks on the National Parks circuit, we are spending 2 nights in Salt Lake City before flying home. We selected this restaurant and boy were we lucky. We dined early and Ryan made 3 recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was top notch!

    Alfredo was a very nice person as our waiter. Our turkey burger was bigger than expected, but it was delicious. Interesting twist on the tater tot accompaniment. It’s loud in here even though it wasn’t full of patrons.
