Starting at 11am, we’ll serve a special menu designed to bring holiday cheer to your table. Begin with our flavorful Jumbo Lump Crab Cake paired with remoulade. For your main course, choose between the creamy Wild Mushroom Risotto or the perfectly prepared Prime Rib, served with creamed spinach, maple-glazed carrots, au jus, and horseradish cream. End the meal on a sweet note with our decadent Bread Pudding, topped with bourbon caramel and vanilla ice cream.

                                                                                                        Arrived 30 minutes before my reservation so I hung out at the bar. The bartender gave me water and asked if I needed anything. She was lovely. The check in host helped me locate a restroom and was very helpful when my friend arrived and I was not where I told her I would be. Our waitress was FANTASTIC and even the professional he brought us our food was so jovial. I hope to eat again at caroline very soon!!

Food came to us out of order and entrees were brought out twice before we finished our starters. Wait staff was inattentive and didn’t seem to care about our experience. Food was average.

                                                                                                        Dawn was fantastic!! The  schnitzel and Barada were amazing! The Caroline salad was disappointing very few apples and blueberries and goodies in it. Otherwise fantastic experience.

                                                                                                        The food was very good. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service. We waited at least 10 minutes for the server to bring water. Then, she left without even taking drink orders. Entrees took about an hour from when we arrived, and our salads were never served. The restaurant wasn't that busy, so we had no idea why the service was so poor. Not worth another try.

The food was fine and the service was excellent. Close to the Paramount and will certainly return when we come back for another theater event.
