I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carnival, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and lively ambiance set the tone for a fantastic evening. The food was a delightful blend of traditional Indian flavors and creative modern twists. The Paneer Tikka Pinwheel was a standout, beautifully presented and packed with flavor. We had a dinner reservation for New years eve. While Open table showed a package for an 8 course tasting menu for 95 cad per head, we were advised by the restaurant that this was removed. It would have been nice to advise us of this change in advance. That being said, we soon got over our initial disappointment, as our experience overall was fantastic !! The food and service were exemplary ! A big shoutout to Dave who provided excellent service throughout the evening, making recommendations and asking for feeedback, catering to every table. The food was amazing, The live preparation of certain dishes were interesting and fun to watch.I do have a couple of suggestions. While preparing non veg dishes, it would be great to request our preference of the level of cooking, whether rare, medium, welldone, beforehand.

Amazing dining experience with a unique menu for both drinks and food. Our server was very friendly and helpful with food recommendations. The paneer tikka pinwheel was the best Ive had and along with a very flavorful chicken shwarma biryani. The dining experience was visually refreshing supplemented by perfect drinks and delicious food. Highly recommend for a unique experience

My spouse and I had the pleasure of dining at “Carnival” yesterday to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and hospitality that truly sets this place apart from any other restaurant in town. Having visited several renowned establishments, none come close to matching the level of care, taste, and experience we received here. Special thanks to Mr. Dev for making every moment unforgettable. We enjoyed outstanding Mojitos, Inside Out Vada Pav, Paneer Tikka, Duet Curry Malai Kofta, Naan, and the decadent 3-Tier Gulab Jamun Rabri dessert. Very light serving but delicious and a little bit on the expensive side. The server was great Will have wished for two appetizers instead of the main menu but it was a little difficult to understand the description from the menu. Not familiar with Indian food.

Cannot recommend Carnival highly enough! Between the incredible service and attention we received from our servers Dave and Paras, the great cocktails and the phenomenal Indian food this was a 5 star experience in every way. Really loved the modern take on Indian Cuisine (especially the dishes that fused it with other Asian styles), and the presentation of the table-side dishes was incredible, we couldn’t stop smiling. Not a single item we tried disappointed, and we will eagerly come back again to try even more.

This place is a hidden gem. The ambience is so nice. The food was delicious and the staff were super accommodating and respectful. Enjoyed our whole time there. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you, Carnival !
