CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

No hay mejor lugar donde comer carne en todo Chile; El trato del personal es excelente, desde la recepción hasta el momento de pagar la cuenta, es toda una experiencia muy positiva. Servicio rápido, la comida de primera, etc.. en definitiva, todo fabuloso.

La comida, como siempre, muy buena; el personal que te recibe nada mas entrar en la sala, muy amable, los camareros muy profesionales y siempre atentos a que no te falte de nada; he ido a este restaurante en múltiples ocasiones y sin duda que lo seguiré haciendo; TODO PERFECTO.

Excelente comida..atención buena. Hay platos que podrían ser como antes, como el steak tartar, que era más rico que ahora. A los que sirven, les falta partir en pedazos las carnes, como lo hacían antes. Detalles que no son menores, ya que antes el servicio era superb.

fuimos 4 personas, sirvieron a 2 primero, luego de un rato al tercero, y a la mitad de la comida de los primeros a la ultima persona que era yo que tuve que esperar por locos...inaudito la falta de respeto con los comensales en un grupo discreto de 4 personas solamente, no hubo ninguna explicación de ningún mesero, de hecho desaparecieron buen rato, sólo tuvimos que esperar y comer a diferentes tiempos.

Hoy llegamos antes y la recepcionista o anfitriona nos trató pésimo, una situación para no comentarla a acá pero hasta de mentirosos nos trato, llegó un supervisor que puso mala cara….todo mal, terminamos en una mesa por otra niña, vamos todos los fines de semana y nunca había pasado algo excepto por esta persona
