   Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the wait staff was wonderful. The bread (Moroccan frena) is not to be missed. Also amazing was the red snapper schnitzel. Although small, the artichoke tortellini was rich and yummy. We loved the apple salad, and the Malabi sundae was a great way to end the dinner. Super unique menu and very friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Looking forward to my next meal here!

   The food is very good but the noise level is horrendous. There’s something wrong when you have to ask the waiter three times to repeat what he just said. It would be noisy enough with just the number of patrons and the fact that the tables are close together, but the music, with a very loud, constant unending beat, makes it completely impossible to hear one’s dining partner or anything else. As much as we like the food, we will not go back because this is not the way good dining is really supposed to be. People want to speak to each other during dinner and this is close to impossible.

   Everything about this restaurant was fantastic except it was extremely expensive! Wouldn’t go back unfortunately because the prices are outrageous.

   Food was outstanding. Dishes were all unique, flavorful, and well prepared. Our server had major attitude from the start which started the meal with a bad tone and it got progressively worse throughout the night. It was clear she did not want to be there, and had a sarcastic tone that was borderline rude. Our entire table was uncomfortable speaking with her. She was not attentive and it was difficult to put in orders. We often had to put drinks in with other people, and she would get visibly upset each time.

    The best restaurant in LA. They do everything right from the second you’re greeted outside to you’re brought to your seat. The food is next level. The mood is lively and energetic and you will leave there wanting to go back immediately. Save room for the best knafeh you’ve ever had. Shout out to Hunter for being the best waitress. Run don’t walk to Carmel.
