   Great meal. The restaurant was packed but the staff were attentive, the food was excellent and all in all great value for money.

   We had an early lunch before a museum exhibition. I had the goat's cheese salad and my companion had the burrata. Both excellent, and the service was really friendly and attentive.

   We had a late dinner after visiting an exhibition at the V&A and it was perfect. Prompt, friendly service, delicious tasty food and wine and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Music was great too!

   We arrived 10 minutes before our booking and the restaurant was quiet, the front staff offered several options to seat which was nice. The set menu was excellent especially for London and all 3 courses were delicious, the restaurant was full once we had our desert and there was a lovely atmosphere. Our waitress was lovely and was always smiling. Overall a fab meal before we went to The Royal Albert Hall, I would go to this restaurant again.

   Arancini overcooked Milanese di pollo overcooked Rosemary potatoes overcooked Bill overcharged ie set meal discount not applied until bill sent back Sad Carluccios is not what it once was The waitress who took our order however was charming None of the above was her fault

   The restaurant experience is a poor value for money. Unfortunately its all very pretty and great when you come in, but without real substance in Italian flavour or whatever Italian theme they are trying to represent. Service was sluggish, portions small and uninspirinhg. Wine I ordered was really bad. Not going back, I'm afraid.
