   The service was fine at first, then near at the end of the meal it seemed to disappear when the change of staff happened. Nobody came to ask if you want a desert or lemon cello or even the bill

   Busy restaurant with tightly packed tables so quite noisey but fine for a quick lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was generally good.

   If you want a quick bite in a central location for a fair price, this place is perfect. Do not expect a fine dining experience - while service was fast, the food was very average. Kids pasta was really bad...pretty much plain spaghetti with a splash of plain tomato sauce, barely covering the pasta. Garlic bread was soft and soggy, nobody wanted to eat it. The rest of dishes were ok but nothing to go crazy about. If you love Italian food, you will be disappointed.

   It is one of the nicest Carluccio's restaurants - large with windows done the whole of one side. The food was really delicious (Penne Giardiniera exceptional) and the Sauvignon Blanc was lovely. We had a very nice relaxed meal for two.

   2nd time I’ve been here in a month. Lovely food and lovely restaurant l. We had delicious perfectly cooked risotto, creamy burrata and Parma ham and spicy pasta . All was great.

   A bit noisy open plan busy. Friendly helpful waiting staff but very long wait 50 mins for our food which was fine when it came after we'd twice queried delay.

   We arrived late and were running late for football match but the staff made us welcome and comfortable and service was quick and friendly

    Food and portion size was good. Excellent service from staff who accommodated us when we were 45 minutes early. Friendly and attentive without being intrusive. As we eat there quite often, the only suggestion is a bit more variation on the menu such as a monthly 'guest/special' dish with a meat and vegetarian option.
