   Dined in Carluccios two weeks ago and was given wrong main course, dined there last Saturday and was served by the same man and again given wrong mains. Asked for sprite or 7up and did not have that either, asked for dessert menu and waited 20 mins, could not wait any longer so I paid and left. My table was booked for 14.45 and had to wait 20 mins before I finally got a table. I regularly dine in Carluccios and everything works well but this time it turned out to be a disaster.

   Fabulous food. Great attention from serving staff when we had a little problem. No rush on us at lunchtime and a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon for 4 of us

   Disappointed overall as the food wasn’t great. Starters were really good but a risotto main course was very ‘stodgy’ and was left uneaten. Restaurant didn’t charge us for this course which we appreciated. BTW our waitress was superb throughout the evening.

   Love Carluccio's always and it never disappoints. Food always perfect and staff are lovely. The bread and butter pudding is awesome.

   Food was cold, also noted other tables stating the same. Staff friendly but as a birthday treat for a family member I was sadly disappointed in the experience.

   The serving sizes could have been slightly bigger considering we went for the large calamari to share and the size was definitely fitting for an small serving. Otherwise food was delicious.

   The food was very good as is usual for this restaurant. Had a lovely lunch with colleagues and it had a relaxed atmosphere and very accommodating and friendly staff.

    Haven’t been back to the restaurant in a number of years. Me and my guests were disappointed with the quality of food …just average. Pity as I remember it as a nice restaurant in the past. Service good, location great and ambience good. Just food let it down
