   We absolutely loved Carluccio’s today, we had lunch and it was delicious. Our waitress was Evie and she was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. If you love Italian 🇮🇹 food you will love this gorgeous restaurant.

   Needs a bit of a spruce up. Could be as simple as nice planters. Food terribly ordinary

   Food is always lovely, staff always so helpful and friendly. Love the offers you get if you come back within a certain time frame. Just need some more vegan options :)

   I ordered spinach and ricotta ravioli. I asked if I could have spicy tomato sauce (which is served with the penne) instead of butter sauce. Both items were priced the same, so I did not feel as though I was asking too much of the chef. I was told, "no, this is a corporate menu which cannot be changed". The ravioli arrived and it was cold in the middle. It was a pre-prepared meal that had been defrosted and not warmed through for long enough before being served to me. The butter sauce was grey and watery and very unappetising. My husband ordered chicken which had the same watery grey liquid on the plate. I mentioned to the Manager that the ravioli was not heated through. He deducted the price of the ravioli from our bill and did offer an alternative, but I had lost my appetite, and did not wish to risk another pre-prepared tasteless pile of pasta. What a disappointment. I shan't ever go to Carluccio's again.

    We were alittle early but still seated& had a drink b4 ordering.Ordered 2 different risottos& garlic & mozzarella focaccia.It was well presented & the food was piping hot. We did have a 50% off mains voucher we made the bill very reasonable but would have paid the full price if we had too.A comfortable, relaxing lunch.
