/訂位須知/
• 每天00:00開放14天內的訂位。
• 訂位時間為18:00或19:30＆週末 12:00。
• 網路上接受1~4位的訂位，超過四位及無法訂位時，請來電洽詢。
• 電話服務時間為每天 14:00 至17:00。
• IG & FB恕不提供訂位相關服務。
• 訂位保留10分鐘，逾時將視為臨時取消。
• 若未能準時抵達，煩請儘快透過電話告知，餐點均依現場狀況做安排與調整出餐時間。
• 超過四位的訂位需成功綁定信用卡，訂位方才成立。
• 國外電話號碼訂位（不限人數），需成功綁定信用卡，訂位方才成立。
• 每人低消為：一份套餐 + 10%服務費。
• 如訂位人數在48小時（不含用餐日）內減少，則需額外單點套餐或酒水補足原先需達之總基本低消（不含套餐升級）。
• 如在48小時內（不含用餐日）取消訂位或No Show，線上訂位權限將被關閉，未來訂位將要求綁定信用卡，綁卡期限為1天，綁卡成功訂位方才成立。
• 如對任何食材過敏，特殊忌口需求，請填寫於備註欄，最晚於用餐日三天前告知。若臨時告知，恕無法做菜色上的調整。
• 提供海鮮素套餐，不提供無麩、奶蛋素、全素的套餐。
• CANVAS提供Tasting Menu，臨時增加人數不一定有食材。如需要更改人數，煩請提早來電。
• 若要提前寄放蛋糕或其他包裹，煩請先來電告知，若無告知將不提供代收服務。
• 若無法與訂位窗口聯繫及系統簡訊無法送達，例：市話、空號、無法電話連絡上您，訂位保留至用餐前一天下午五點，五點後將取消。

/訂金規則/
• 訂位人數4人以上將綁定信用卡，綁卡金額$500/位、綁定信用卡期限為1天（不含訂位當日）。
• 若為當週用餐，綁定信用卡期限為當日24:00前。
• 特殊檔期綁卡金額：$1000/位，綁定信用卡期限為1天。
• 若未在期限內完成綁定，訂位系統將自動取消訂位。
• 若在用餐七日前（不含用餐日）來電取消，將不酌收任何費用。
• 若在用餐三至五日前（不含用餐日）來電取消，可在30天內改期一次。
• 若48小時內（不含用餐日）臨時取消，恕我們將酌收每位$500的食材費用，屆時才會安排扣款並關閉線上訂位權限。

/私人包廂/
• 包廂低消為$30,000 (另酌收10%服務費)，包廂最多容納12位。
• 超過12位包廂低消為：$30,000 + 套餐價格 x 訂位人數 (12位以上人數) + 10%服務費。
• 如訂位人數在訂位48小時內減少，則需額外單點套餐或酒水補足原先需達之總基本低消。

/開瓶費/
• 香檳、氣泡酒、葡萄酒、釀造酒（750ml以內）- $500/瓶
• 蒸餾酒 (750ml以內) - $1000/瓶

/私人包場活動/
• 可提供私人活動包場或特別菜單的服務，詳情請來電洽詢。

/餐廳規定/
• 為提供每位客人完善的用餐品質，餐點待人數到齊後開始準備，若您無法準時抵達，請提前告知。
• 僅提供當季套餐，菜單內容均視季節性食材與供貨狀況調整。
• CANVAS保有更換菜單之權利。
• 為維護其他顧客用餐體驗，CANVAS僅接待成人與超過10歲之孩童，亦需計算在訂位人數之中，且須達基本消費。若攜帶10歲以下孩童視為違反餐廳規定，CANVAS有權將此訂位視為無效，感謝您的諒解。
• 如現場有需慶生、紀念日等慶祝活動，可接受自備蛋糕，建議先來電告知，因冰箱空間有限，若現場沒有冰箱空間，煩請諒解。
• 恕本餐廳禁用外食與外帶飲料。
• 恕本餐提無法指定座位，一切依現場安排，若不接受併桌，煩請在訂位時告知。
• 若造成環境髒汙，將酌收清潔費$1000。

Great food and service at Canvas. The servers spoke English and they provided a menu in English as well - both very helpful!

We were very happy with Canvas delicious food and their menu very unique too , really tasty and definitely will go back again . The staff was friendly and give us good recommendation as well.

1.盡責的瞭解客人需求 2.餐點多樣，基本上一定飽 3.有點急促的想快點上菜，這部分扣很多分，因為讓人有意見 4.餐點美味、層次感十足 5.約莫兩個月更新菜單，這部分以官網為主 7.空間舒適、乾淨、動線流暢 8.價錢見仁見智，算是ok

整體環境相當舒適餐點也料理的相當美味服務生也相當有耐心及禮貌是個讓人想要一去再去的地方 CP值相當高

Realized why the restaurant is called Canvas, it’s colorful, textured, and good at plating. Regarding the food itself, every single material is outstanding but this causes a problem, there are too many leaders on the plate so could barely aware of who’s truly speaking. Depends on what kind of experience customers are looking for.
