   Outstanding!!!! Food drinks service and atmosphere were 10/10 - our new favorite spot in Naples! Also, they were very accommodating as we brought our two young children. Wonderful all around

   Beautiful NYE celebration! No mention of preset 4 course dinner on open table at time of reservation. Would not hv selected such an opulent menu for our 2 sixteen year old guests. Lovely meal and enjoyed the music, experience and fantastic atmosphere.

   When this reservation was made on open table, there was no mention of a 4 course meal. I anticipated regular seating/menu. 5 hours before the reservation, I got a call to confirm the NYE special seating for $275/p/p. If I had any other option, I would have cancelled.

   We were surprised that it was a set meal with a very high price tag. This was never mentioned at the time of our reservation nor when a voice message checked to confirm our coming. Very upsetting! Poor customer service. We will be telling others and not returning!

   Why wouldn't the restaurant have notified customers that they would have to chose from one menu to chose from and it was $275.00 per person. When I booked, the confirmation said standard table and provided a prompt for the menu which was the same menu that I have had at Campiellos over the past many years. We were seated with our friends in a room separate from the main restaurant and ordered drinks. When we looked at the menu, it showed it was New Years Eve prix fixe for $275/pp. I asked the waiter for the regular menu and he said there was only the prix fixe. I had to provide a credit card to confirm the reservation or else I would have paid for drinks and left. The waiter clearly knew we had no idea and didn't acknowledge our shock or offer any alternative solution. It was 4 courses with 4 choices in each category. 3 out of 4 choices had truffle oil and we were told that you could not order any selection without the truffle oil. In my party of 4, 3 of us don't like truffle oil. We ordered selections without truffle oil. First, Vichyssoise was a small cup of whipped heavy cream. Second course was described as gnocchi with lobster and shrimp. When the generous serving of screw shaped pasta tossed in olive oil with one tiny piece of lobster and shrimp , I lost it and insisted on a dish that was topped with truffle oil cream but without the TO. Third courserib eye and mouse for desert was good. If we had been advised in advance of the Prix fixe, we would not have gone.

   An outstanding meal with exceptional service! We arrived for our 5:15 reservation & sat outside on the gorgeous patio. A beautiful NYE experience.

    Our waiter was amazing! I had the chicken and my husband had the beef. Both dishes were delicious. I also recommend the chocolate cake. I was so happy it was gluten free. I highly recommend this restaurant!
