Camino was born with the opening of King’s Cross in 2007. Capturing the real essence of Spain was always the aim, and with the addition of Bar Rioja opening opposite ( this was previously Bar Pepito, London’s very first sherry bar) we came a King’s Cross institution.

Our lively bar and restaurant sprawls around a hidden courtyard, coming alive in the Summer, full of people enjoying a frosted mug of Spanish cerveza, a glass of sangria or a Rioja Glass from Bar Rioja. With outdoor heaters and plenty of seating, it’s often busy on even the coldest of evenings.

We’re open everyday for lunch, dinner and everything in between. Join us for our Spanish breakfast during the week, or our popular Happy Hour at the weekend. The bar at Camino is always buzzing, with DJs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays playing the best Latin, house and party sounds until late. Always free entry!

The Tapas menu seems smaller than before. Quality of the food is still OK. But definitely preferred the old menu.

Once again we had a really lovely time. Food, as always, was exceptional. Service and staff were exceptional. Camino is our go to for special occasions, we always recommend it and have never been disappointed.

Overall, it was a lovely experience. I went there on a quiet Monday night. The food was good, albeit the portions were a bit on the smaller side. The staff was nice and the environment was pleasant.

Extensive menu with lots of choice, but could have explained portion sizes better, to help ordering. The food was tasty, especially the seabass. Good wine selection but a bit pricey in my opinion. Staff were friendly.

The share plate of ribs was just meat without anything no bread no sauce for £85 I was expecting something different, if you want something with the meat you have to pay extra I don't think is fear. For a platter wine and potato was £ 210 is exaggerating.

We had a wonderful time for a birthday meal. Particular favourite dishes were the octopus tentacles and the slow cooked ox cheek, but everything was amazing. Service was attentive but not over the top, the food came quickly and was amazing.
