   Very Disappointed!! My family and I have been to Cagney's on several occasions and always had a good experience but tonight was by far the worst! I made reservations weeks ago and when we arrived they put my family and I in the bar area said the dining area was full. The menu had nothing good that I remember and to top it off our food took over 40 minutes to come out only after complaining. No one came to apologize or see if we were ok, to compensate they gave us the smallest piece of cheesecake they had! Needless to say we won’t be going back!

   What a lying "review". The floor manager came over to apologize, even though there was nothing to apologize for - steaks do take 30-40 min to cook. Yes, the dining room was full - would you have rather gone home? Still, you got a spacious, swanky booth... Your lack of respect for our staff is appalling. Congratulations - you're BANNED for good.

   I didn’t know that there was a charge for flat water. The steak needed more flavour. Lobster was ok.

   Thanks for your comments. Bottled water is never free anywhere, so not sure why this should be a surprise to anyone. If anything is amiss with your order, please always speak to the server or ask for a manager. Thanks for your visit.

   It was an overall great experience. There was amazing service from the staff that worked there, the food was delicious, and they gave my girlfriend a rose to top it off!

   It was , not greatest experience I had allergic reaction , I had to go to shoppers to get Benadryl next time the people in resturant should tell you what has nuts in each food .

   I would not choose to go there again for lunch. There is only a dinner menu (expensive) and no lunch options. Perhaps I might reserve this place for an evening out or if I was on an expense account. ! I am sure too that the restaurant would acquire a nice ambience during the evening. There were very few diners for lunch and it felt empty and therefore lacked atmosphere.

   Very nice experience. We booked via Open Table and I noted in the reservation that it was for a birthday. The servers (there were 2) never mentioned it or acknowledged it. Aside from that, the food was great. The servers were good. Maybe a little slow, but we weren’t in a hurry anyway. Our one and only comment t is related to our main course. We both ordered Seafood Linguine and it tasted fabulous, but it arrived at the table in a cool to touch serving dish and the food itself was lukewarm. It seemed like it sat waiting to be picked up and not under heat lamps. Some items in our servings were cool. We will return and overall we had a great time.
