Best place for dinner in Midland. This is my go-to restaurant and the service is outstanding. Can't go wrong having a meal at Cafe Zinc.

Our breakfast was great! We both tried something new and loved it! My husband had the braised short-rib eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce and said it should always be on your menu!

My husband and I enjoy coming to cafe zinc. The food is always outstanding. I ordered the vanilla old fashion cocktail and the first one was amazing, but the second one was not made the same way. I was unable to drink it. Consistency in how the drinks are made would be great. Overall tonight was a good experience.

Great food and great service. Went for breakfast because their Belgium waffles are the best! Mary was our server and she did a great job, friendly and professional.
