   I have been a customer of this Gem for over 20 years. The food is authentic Italian with a modern creative touch to it. Best of all it is seasonal which gives you something to look forward to every quarter. The clams and mussels come in several broths and it never fails that when I bring a guest they all fawn over it. Service is good and the owners pay close attention to making everyone comfortable. The decor is reminicint of Pompei and one of the owners Pinot will tell you the story of it if you ask. Definately if you want an authentic modern Italian meal, this is the place

   We really like Tiramisu. We've eaten here about 6 times and have never been disappointed. Very small, cozy and friendly. Staff and owner are are personable. Good authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. We'll be back in April.

   We were at a conference in San Francisco, and I was the only local. We had already been to a couple of restaurants in the area (Financial District) during the week, and I was looking for a more 'old school San Francisco' feel for the evening. With little notice, Cafe Tiramisu was able to accommodate a table of 14, and the food and service were even better than I had hoped. The octopus appetizer was the best I've ever had, and several in our party said the same. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

   The food was amazing! We had the garlic bread and the parmiggiana de melanzane for appetizers and both were delicious. I had the squid inky pasta with seafood (spaghetti nero), my friends had the rissotto, the papardelle and the cheese and spinach ravioli. All the ingredients were fresh and the food was fantastic! We cleaned up our plates! Plus we had the tiramisu for dessert which is a must-try when you visit! Service was great and the interior of the restaurant was very much of the old-school Italian cafes!

   The food at Cafe Tiramisu is very good. Appetizer portions are very small for the prize. The service is excellent and very attentive. We were there for a Holiday party and our group felt well taken care of.

   Fabulous restaurant under the care of Guiseppe & Pino, and the wonderful waiters such as Antonio and the others. I have been going there since they opened, about 35 years, and have never been disappointed. The food is fabulous, and it is a nice venue for a party or celebratory lunch or dinner.    Small authentic Italian spot hidden in Belden Lane. We felt like guests at an extended Italian family party. Appetizers and pasta courses before entrees served family style were delicious and a big hit with our large party (8). Entrees from Short ribs to salmon were universally loved. Finishing off with the namesake Tiramisu for dessert was sublime.

   Hidden gem. Owner was very personable. Nice romantic date night with excellent food and service. Will definitely come back for more ‘authentic’ Italian food and atmosphere.

    We had a large party for business lunch. Everything ready when we arrived. Service was efficient and professional. Everyone enjoyed the food. I had the veggie pasta dish (peas), was good. Great for business lunch.
