   The gentleman at the host booth gave us a brusque reception. Seated at a table with a menu and told to order via the QR code encased in a slab of lucite. Had to order full meal on my phone. The five items ordered came out piecemeal, no consideration to timing, delivered silently by a server. The food itself was tasty, with good plating style. Bill, and auto tip suggestion all via phone. There was no further human interaction. Overall a disheartening experience.

   Ordering is by QR code, which it’s well past time to stop. The food was delivered inconsistently- two of our party ordered scrambled eggs. The dishes arrived 15 minutes apart. One ordered smoked salmon toast which, though tasty, was an unexpected salmon cheese spread. This was delivered 5 minutes after the second egg dish. Cappuccino was good; one of us ordered regular coffee and we were told they’d run out of half&half. Inexcusable on Sun morning. Staff were pleasant, except for the server, who scowled the entire time and attempted to hand me my plate of food from across the table at the other end rather than placing it in front of me. Overall, the place is attractive and the food is tasty, but they really need to get their service together.

   I’m sorry to rate this so low. The food was excellent but when we showed up for our 730 reservation, there were only two other tables occupied. I know they just started serving dinner last week, but it didn’t make our evening out as enjoyable as it could’ve been. I also think the servers need to be better versed in the menu and know what all the ingredients are without having to go to the kitchen to ask.  We honestly would have gone somewhere else that was more lively instead, but when I made the reservation, I was told that my credit card would be charged $50 if I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance, so we felt like we had to go through with the meal.  Disappointed in the experience, but not with the meal itself - hopefully they can gain some traction and get some clientele for their dinner hours.

   The food is exceptional. We moved outside as the noise inside was not allowing us to interact. Although it was brisk and frisky outside, the food was totally worth it.

   There were 4 in our party and the meals all came out at different times. The last person got their meal approximately 10 minutes after the first person. Not a great experience and very noisy. Would not return.

   Nothing very unusual. It is more of an expensive coffee bar for the office workers in the area. There is no service to speak of, and the chicken and croissant sandwich I had was pretty tasteless. Very disappointed.

   Menu is great. The vibe is very new and upbeat. Food is excellent. Great for breakfast, lunch or late afternoon. I hear they will be serving dinner soon. This is great addition to the entire Jackson Square area. The park between the restaurant and the Trans America tower is a jewel. Will be excellent for outdoor dining when the weather is warmer. The only negative was our waitress. Not very attentive and a bit on the unwelcoming side. Perhaps she is new and needs more training. Other than that we had a great brunch.

   Service concept is entirely bizarre, great food and ambiance is lovely. Wonderful design. Limited to no alcohol options though… so it’s more a work lunch spot

    Background music was too loud, also more of a cafe style seating. Not great for a business lunch
