I didn’t want to give this place a 1 star, because our waiter and food were good-hence the 2 stars. Totally get it was Valentines Day, but there shouldn’t have been an option for reservations. The one thing I HATE is waiting knowing I placed a reservation and then having to wait an hour just to be seated. You are lucky I was patient because I could have ended up a Kevin. Other than that, the food was delicious and drinks were too.

Booked a week early for valentines to end up being told the wait will 40 minutes with reservations. This to me is unacceptable. I personally feel like this restaurant purposely overbooked. I feel bad for my waiter, he was polite and did well. I don’t know if this is an open table problem or restaurant problem but in the future if your know you’re overbooked when people are reserving a week out for your due diligence to call your customer and present them with choices instead of letting them meet this problem at the door. You guys ruined my wife’s and I entire night. Guys save yourself a night of arguements.

Reservation times seem to be merely a suggestion at this restaurant. Your mileage may very, but a 40 minute wait is excessive. "It was a surprise, a Friday night, Valentines Day, blah, blah, blah." They overbooked, knowing that once you are in the door, where else are you going to go. Great way to extend that 7pm dinner rush through closing.

Even though we had a reservation, there was a 45 minute wait, with no explanation. People waiting were spilling out into the dining room leaving us to stand next to tables trying to eat. I asked if we could get a call when our table was ready so we could at least sit in the car. They said their phone was broken and could not. We ended up walking around the corner to eat at Tony C’s and had a great dining experience there.

we booked reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day to show up to find out they overbooked and had a hour wait. about 30 couples were standing around waiting for tables. You would think they might offer a free drink or an appetizer as compensation, but nothing. went to bar to get a drink to only meet an annoyed bartender and had to wait 15 minutes for water. meal at itself was just OK. i

Not happy with my experience at all. I made a "reservation" three weeks before Valentine's day. We walked in ten minutes before our reservation and we were told "everybody in the room" has reservations and that the wait is 40.minutes. We ended up waiting 65 minutes to get a table. They indicated we could wait only in the entrance, which has room for maybe 10 people shoulder to shoulder, or we could wait in line for the bar. According to the front desk their phone was not working so you could not wait outside. My guess this was a way to drive business to the bar. After we sat down and ordered our appetizers and drinks the waiter came back to our table and slams the bread in front of us. They did not bus the appetizer dishes and then made us wait 20 minutes after we completed our dinner for the check. I will never go to this restaurant again. The food was a 6 on the scale of 10. By the way after waiting 65 minutes they put us in a back room that felt like a conference room. Horrible experience.

We booked our 5:45 PM reservation two weeks in advance. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a crowd waiting at the front desk. When we checked in five minutes prior to our reservation we were informed that there was a 30 minute wait (despite having a reservation). We asked a waiter to let us speak to the manager. A young lady approached us and gave the impression that she was the manager. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with having to wait despite having a reservation, she flippantly remarked that everyone waiting had a reservation and walked off. More upset, we stopped a hostess that was working very hard with getting tables cleared and people seated. She was very gracious and brought the actual manager to us. He was very apologetic for the young lady's treatment toward us. He provided my wife a drink on the house while we waited. After 30 minutes past our reservation. I went to the check-in area and asked when we were going to be seated. I was informed that wait was now 40 minutes past our reservation time. At this point, people started to compare reservation times and express how poor the delay was. All this time, there was a 6-person table that not been occupied. Forty-five minutes past our reservation time, our name was finally called. We asked if we had another waiting couple join us if we could sit at the 6-person table. The hostess that was hustling actually thanked us for helping with their seating problem. We asked another nearby couple who were waiting on the reservation if they wanted to join us. They eagerly agreed. My wife not only has a permanent disability, but she was recovering from recent ankle surgery. She had to stand the entire time while we were delayed and was in great discomfort from having to stand that long. The food was good but the whole experience tainted our evening. In the future, we'll be cognizant of the fact that having a reservation does not guarantee being seated.

Made a reservation for 4:45 and didn’t get seated until 5:15. Our waiter was horrible- we sat for 30 minutes with out anything to drink but brought out our salad. Had to ask a manger maybe for water and our bread. Food came out wrong because he didn’t enter right and apologized. Took forever to pay and to get a box. Got my husbands order wrong as well. The food was amazing and is always amazing but horrible horrible service.
