   I would have given 5 stars except we had 7pm reservations, we arrived a little early and we still had to wait 30 minutes in the cold. The food was delicious: steak au poivre, salmon and beef bourguignon. We also had lobster bisque, side salads, escargot and 2 orders of bruschetta for the table. We brought our own wine, as they still have a $2.00 corkage fee. My granddaughter tried their chocolate martini and it was delicious.Service was excellent. There when you needed them, but not intrusive.

   Really lovely ambiance and energy in the restaurant. Very moody and dark lighting. The servers were really nice. The food was good for what it was. Pretty great value for a more upscale kind of restaurant. However my only complaint is how long it took to get seated despite having a reservation. We had a reservation for 2 at 6:00 PM. The restaurant got extremely busy after we checked in. When we got there we were one of the only people waiting and it still took well over 30 minutes to get seated which was a bit frustrating.

   We had a good table for 4. Warmly greeted by owner. Server and his helper were exceptionally attentive. We brought a couple who lives in the neighborhood. They will be back. Of course, us too. Thank you.

   Have been going for years. Food is always good. Prices have risen but still a great value. The owner, Philip, is always kind & friendly. Wait staff is exceptional, especially Benoit

   Hidden treasure in Agoura Hills. Make reservations to ensure a table at this busy gem! $2:00 corkage fee is a definite plus! Tasty meals and a lovely spot for evening out with family, friends or date night.

   Our favorite restaurant was especially charming last night with all the special holiday lights and decorations. Another fantastic night, with great food and good friends. Thank you to Cafe Bizou for providing such a magical place!

    I ordered the short ribs for the first time. The meat was very tender and good but the sauce to pour over it was bland with no taste. I don’t think I would order this entree again. Their lamb chops and steaks are much better. Lots of good veggies on the side. Love their Berry Fig salad as always.
