A home from home where hospitality comes first. Café 21 is a sociable and effortlessly stylish space, serving crafted comforts, lunch bites and sweet treats. This breakfast, lunch and early evening venue is the place for a mid-shopping trip lunch, business meeting, afternoon tea, or a quiet cup of the good stuff. A place where ‘me time’ matters.

Booking is not required however we do take reservations from 2:00 onwards for Afternoon Tea.
Our last booking is at 4:45pm Monday to Saturday and 3:45 on Sunday.

Had afternoon tea and we were very disappointed. Bread with very little filling and 4 large scones and a couple of dry cakes. Very expensive for what we had. We are frequent visitors to the restaurant for the normal menu which is always very good so we left very unhappy.

Slightly disappointed. The food was not great shop bought scones & cakes on the afternoon tea. Thankfully we also ordered some fries. I think the afternoon tea needs to up the anti there was better samples in fenwicks food hall . The cafe is nice but the tables are on top of each other. To end on a positive the waiting staff-las with dark hair & glasses was a credit to you.

Gorgeous food, slightly slow service but once we got their attention, lovely and polite. We had afternoon tea but the surroundings are more for brunch or lunch

Excellent knowledgeable and polite helpful staff. Our waitress couldn’t have done more to make our lunch experience better. Food was delicious and high quality for the fixed price menu.
