Buzos, buscamos los mejores materias primas del mar y de la tierra, para fusionarlas en nuestra cocina, dándoles un toque sofisticado pero a la vez amigable. Mariscos, tacos, cortes de carne, la mejor hamburguesa, pasta y pizza.
Acompañados de coctelería espectacular y vinos accesibles. Servimos desayunos, donde destacan los chilaquiles paceños (machaca regional), chilaquiles estilo Ramos, enchiladas. Tenemos paquetes que incluyen jugo y cafe. Nuestro pan lo hacemos en casa. El Jugo se hace al momento, smoothies y bowls saludables.
Para desvelados, tenemos clamatos y cerveza helada.
Nos esforzamos día a día por mejorar y ofrecer una cocina justa y que sorprende por su calidad y atención.

    My husband got super sick eating the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. We saw cockroaches in the restaurant. Gross

    Muy mala experiencia nos tocó, primeramente se tardaron mucho en atendernos y tomarnos la orden, pedimos entrada y plato fuerte y nos llevaron todo el pedido juntos, no por partes como habíamos solicitado, además nos dieron quitaron las copas gigantes de las margaritas y nos pusieron el resto de nuestra bebida en unos vasos, nos dijeron porque ocupaban las copas para otro pedido que tenían, uno de los meseros, que nos llevó los utensilios y la comida no fue nada amable al llevarnos las cosas porque nos las aventó a la mesa sin ninguna delicadeza, eso fue muy grosero.Para todo eran muy tardados, inclusive para llevarnos la cuenta, en general tuvimos muy mala experiencia, decepcionante.

    We specifically requested an air conditioned area, since La Paz is so hot, even at night. No AC, just fans blowing warm air. We could have forgiven the temperature if the food delivered, but we were disappointed again. The smoked fish dip with plain tortilla chips was a tasty appetizer, but the tajin chips with salsa were too salty and the drinks were nothing special. The reason this review is only two stars is because when it came time to order entrees, they were out of everything we wanted! No shrimp, no chocolate clam, no oysters, no fish! All the signs boast about their fresh seafood, but all that was left to order was octopus and beef. After finding out they were out of everything, we closed out the bill and walked down the Malecon to Janta for sushi, drinks and actual air conditioning.

    Muy recomendable lugar! El ambiente es relajado y pasamos una amena velada mis amigas y yo. La carta ofrece una gran variedad de opciones y todas las que probamos fueron deliciosas. Destaco especialmente el risotto, que estaba lleno de sabor. Celebramos el cumpleaños de una amiga y la hicieron sentir muy especial, el personal fue amable y eficiente haciendo de nuestra visita una experiencia muy agradable.

    Es bueno el lugar y tiene unos destellos como la salsa para las verduras y el puré de zanahoria del atún que pedí pero no me sorprendió tanto

    La mayor parte de la gente visitamos Buzos por la Margarita gigante, que está bastante buena y es un ícono del lugar. La variedad de alimentos no es muy amplia y el costo se me hizo algo elevado para la calidad y sabor de los alimentos.

    Buzos is a gem you find in hustle and bustle of the La Paz Malecon. The first time I dined here I was pleasantly surprised, the food service and atmosphere was EXCELLENT! This time, not so much. It was a busy 4th of July weekend so I'm not sure if this added to the downward level of hospitality. I reserved a table and that was granted even though we showed up late and I appreciate that. The table was filthy though with a RESERVED sign on it. Food and drinks spilled everywhere and on chairs. They seemed short staffed too. Had to ask for waiter to clean the table when he just threw paper menus on it on top of all the filth, he seemed unpleased with me asking. It took a while before we got service and after ordering our drinks, had to ask several different people where they were and then a second waiter came and took the order again. Caesar salad was not made tableside like the first time and was lackluster, overly drenched in dressing. Our waiter did mention he would be making (3) salads together and could not make it tableside, after he said he could, because they were too busy. The food was just "ok". My Mom ordered a steak sandwich and it was tough. The food was not great, the service extremely slow and our first waiter was rude. He apologized when we were leaving so I think he knew he was not at his best. I may give them another on a future return to La Paz but hopefully not during a busy weekend and maybe the food and service will be better.
