   Service was a little slow, but waiter was very nice! Food was just ok for price point. Bathroom was messy with trash overflowing. 20% gratuity automatically added to check, which we did not realize until waiter told us as we were walking out the door. (There was only four of us) Won’t go back.

   Food was OK. Not a great atmosphere, felt very soulless. Our server wasn't amazing but also not terrible. Manager wasn't warm or welcoming.

   Seeing the big vault was very cool. Food was typical for a steak place…. Good. Sadly wait staff was poor and the maître D Ws just ok. No one smiled. For 150pp. - crack a smile once in a while.

   Decor was great. Service was good, except our server never filled our wine glasses. It was fine since it was just two buddies, but still. Also, the Brunello was a 2016 but they brought out 2019–went back and found the last 2016. Steak was great. Mine was totally overcooked but the flavor was still amazing. They’d have definitely prepared another one for me but it wasn’t necessary. Mac and cheese and broccoli rabe were both excellent. Overall it was really good. Prices were pretty reasonable too for a nice steakhouse.

   Went here specifically because they allow corkage, and the wine service was excellent. One of the older bottles had a broken cork and they filtered the wine into a decanter for us to remove all the bits of broken cork. Excellent service overall and the steak was excellent.

    Hice reservación a través de open table. Lamentablemente nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor. La comida no estuvo mal y el tiempo de espera una vez pedimos no fue largo. En el momento que llegamos la host no estaba rn su lugar asi q nos atendió otro empleado y su primera pregunta para nosotros de manera ruda fue ; que querian? Le contestamos que teniamos reserva nos dejo en la puerta, empezaron a mover y sacar mesas y sillas luego de 20 minutos nos sentaron El trato del mesero fue también rudo y descortés. No quiero pensar que toda la situación se debio a que hablamos español. Aun cuando les hablamos un ingles fluido y descortés manera cortes nos sentimos muy maltratados En fin he visitado mejores lugares y con mejor trato. Deberian revisar su protocolo de atención al cliente. I made a reservation through open table. Unfortunately our experience was not the best. The food was not bad and the waiting time once we ordered was not long. At the time we arrived the host was not in her place so another employee attended to us and her first rude question to us was; what did we want? We answered that we had a reservation, he left us at the door, they began to move and take out tables and chairs, after 20 minutes they seated us The waiter's treatment was also rude and discourteous. I don't want to think that the whole situation was because we spoke Spanish. Even when we speak to them in fluent and impolite English in a courteous manner, we feel very mistreated. In short, I have visited better places and with better treatment. They should review their customer service protocol.
