   The closest non-Spanish tapas restaurant we have been to tapas by Spaniards. Great service. The ambiance is very vibrant although a bit noisy. Lots of friends’ tables with celebrations and all enjoying it. We will return next time in the Orlando area.

   Took a business contact to lunch today. He had never been to Bulla, but liked the look of the menu and I made a reservation. Our server was "Caroline" (?), who was also doubling as the bartender, and she was great. We had the gaspacho, the vegetarian sandwich (grilled vegetables on nice ciabotta bread) and the Chicken Mediterranean Bowl. Everything was delicious! Beautifully presented as well. I loved the flavors -- clean, perfectly seasoned, wholesome food.... Parking was easy in the free garage in the outdoor plaza. Win-win. We will be back!

   Absolutely wonderful brunch experience at Bulla thanks to Ambar S! From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and checked in with the perfect balance of care and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the whole experience. Ambar is a gem—Bulla is lucky to have her!
