Bugatti's Steak and Pasta is a sophisticated restaurant located inside the Ameristar St. Charles Casino that serves modern and traditional Italian American fare focusing on using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The dining room and dimly lit and richly decorated, designed to create a swanky eating environment. Bugatti's Steak and Pasta is good for small and large groups and other special occasions. Start with an appetizer like the crispy pork belly, lobster and crab stuffed oysters or the shrimp florentine bruschetta. Other starters include soups and salads like the wedge, Caprese or Caesar salads or the carmelized onion soups. Bugatti's is known for its premium steaks. Order the filet, prime strip, bone-in ribeye or prime rib cuts, all cooked to the guests' liking. Sal and his team are AMAZING!!!!z. Aletha waited on us and she took care of all of our needs. The entire staff ensured that we had everything we needed at all times. Sal came by to check on us constantly. Even before dinner we had drinks in the King Kat bar and Sean kept the drinks flowing flawlessly. The food was perfect for all 4 of us. I had the bone-in filet and the flavor was out of this world. I highly recommend this place especially if you are in the mood for a great steak!

Bugatti’s is an incredible dining experience. Old world ambience, with the dark, wooden walls, hosts to meet you to take you right to the table. We didn’t like where we were originally seated, so we asked the hostess to seat somewhere else, and she did without a second thought! The server was great, food was incredibly tasty, cooked on point, and and so filling. They had another server walking around with samples of wines, so we indulged in a red Cabernet. All in all, amazing experience, and we would go back! It was our anniversary, so they surprised my wife and I with a dessert on the house!

Aleta was our server and she was great, very attentive. We were a bit, disappointed that there were several items that they were out of, including oysters, corn, creamed spinach and a few other things. We ordered a variety of other things that were pretty tasty. The lemon bur Blanc that was served with the salmon was the star of the show.

The decor warm, taste and reminds one of an English manor. Comfortable booth seating that gave an intimate feel. The salmon was flavorful ,cooked to perfection and tasted fresh, not over seasoned. Caprese salad was well dressed with aged Balsamic, not "drowning" The Petite filet was a perfect medium rare. Mac & cheese as a side did not disappoint. The Cesar salad was delicious. The service was excellent, with every need or request met promptly with a smile. The arrival of an unexpected birthday treat complete with a sparkler made this especially delightful.
