   Well thinking i had a reservation i got there and was informed that they didnt except open table and was very upset I then had to find a local bar to go to to watch the game open table should drop this restaurant from its locations as it was very disappointing to find this out 15 mins before game time!!!

   First of all when we got there, had to wait for a few minutes before we were acknowledged at the hostess desk. A hostess did stop and said she would be right back. Probably 5 minutes later, a guy came to the desk and asked how many. We told him that we had open table reservation. He stated that it did not matter, that they take customers on a fist come first serve basis. That really did not matter since they were maybe 1/3 full. But why offer open table???? The Hostess desk was filthy with many dirty cardboard boxes (basically their plates), dirty napkins, etc. while showing us to the table, at least 1/2 of tables not being used were not cleared or cleaned off. Place was just dirty. Acoustics were terrible. So very loud could not communicate at a table. Server was very good but seemed overworked since again only 1/3 of place was full. . Food was meh... Certainly not a good value. Little food for a large price.

   Even though this Buffalo Wild Wings does not accept " OpenTable " reservations, they were flexible to squeeze us in for a table during the big game!

   They refused to sit us with our reservation. Wasted a whole evening. They stated they don’t take reservations.

   However they do not or at least the hostess at the door does not abide by opentable. I was told “yeah no one uses it, you’ll have to wait for a table” although I used this service 5 hrs before arriving.
