Even though I was able to book a table using Open Table, the restaurant said they do not accept reservations. Ruined my birthday night out.

The only bad thing was when I showed up and was told they do not take reservations. I showed up on time and the party in front of me was seated before my party was. I asked why this was because I had a reservation and was waiting for a table when a walk in was seated right away. The hostess asked for my name and sure enough it was on their tablet but my reservation was not honored. They should be removed from doing business with open table.
