Great for happy hour

Since 1982, Buffalo Wild Wings® (or B-Dubs® as our friends call us) has been the ultimate place to watch the game, have a cold beer and eat some great food. Under restrictions due to Covid-19, we will be operating inside dining at 50% capacity. We are taking every precaution and safety measure to keep our guests and staff safe.

We were told we had to wait 45 minutes because they don’t participate in open table. We won’t be back to this location

They do not take reservations. Rather than listening to me and accepting the feedback that they’re in fact on open table so they might want to communicate that so others aren’t confused or disappointed when a confirmed reservation isn’t honored, I was met with a rude hostess, who just kept snapping “we don’t take reservations.” I was trying to be helpful, and I wasn’t angry, but she was extremely rude to us. Food was great, but VERY slow (they weren’t even that busy).

We were some of the first there when it opened for service, so you would think everything would be fresh, hot and clean. There was still trash on the floor from the night before, I got bug bights while sitting in the booth, my salad was fine, but other people's food was cold, the coleslaw was mush like soup and our server kept disappearing on us. This is not an example of what BWW represents and the corporate folks should revoke its franchise.
