The food was either overcooked or tasteless. Even the pizza which was one of our favorites was far from their standard. The service was very poor, like they wanted to go home. It almost ruined our birthday celebration. Won't go back

Buca Di Bepos food standard had dropped in the past years and the value of family dinning just isn’t there anymore. This location has a staff that was very lackluster and out original server was sent home during our dinning experience. (Was she sick, were they cutting hours?? Who knows…) Food was ordered and it arrived in a timely fashion. Chicken parm, fettuccine Alfredo and a large pizza. Right after food was brought to the table I ordered a second glass of wine. We all ate and enjoyed the bland flavor of the food. They even sang happy birthday to my daughter. The bill arrived and as I was looking it over, the second glass of wine was on it but it was never brought to the table. As I’m getting ready to ask for it to be removed, another waiter shows up with my wine. Sooooooo I enjoyed it while waiting for the bill to be finished up. Another take away is, when I made my reservation online I requested the Pope Room. I even called ahead. When we arrived I was told my group wasn’t big enough for the Pope Room as we were only a group of 7 and needed to be a group of 16. It was clear the restaurant wasn’t busy so I asked to speak with the manager. She insisted that we were too small of a party for that specific room… so I asked, “do you have a reservation for 16 this evening?” She replied by looking at the iPad and saying “yes, later on this evening.” Granted it was only 3:45 in the afternoon, they were not going to accommodate this request. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning anytime soon.
