    Unfortunately, this experience was poor all around. Upon arriving the front hostess staff was unorganized and a second person eventually rushed us to the bar seating area. When I asked if there was seating elsewhere in the restaurant since I know how big Buca’s are, the server replied no we don’t have anything and we only have two servers. After walking back to the restrooms there was lots of people in the main part of the restaurant with a much better environment then the bar. They need to get rid of the unrinal cakes cause it stinks by the bathrooms. They had terrible pop music playing the entire time versus Sinatra or what I’m used to at other Buca’s. The server was snappy, and must have asked us 15 times if we were good. The food was ok. The salad had brown lettuce pieces and the green beans were soaked in oil that was unappealing. We had a very mediocre dining experience that I wish never to repeat.

    Great time with friends. Great service. Waitress was attentive and we ordered correct amount with family style- it was a good price.

    Chicken parmigan and salmon was delicious. Rum bowl is a must do. Loved the spicy shrimp, they are really spicy too. Mozzarella sticks good.

    Pizza was horrible. Caesar salad excellent, bread was great too. Chicken parm was pretty good but penne pasta with sauce was sub par. I was expecting decent Italian food. We won’t be back.

    Service is by far the best part of Buca de Bepo. Food is enormous portions. Do not miss the famous house meatballs or the bruschetta. Delicious. The waitstaff make it a fun evening out for family style dining.

    As always we enjoyed the Eggplant Parmigiana which is so delicious! Receiving a call from Julie to write my Sister’s name down on their birthday board was a first, which made her smile and giggle. Delany our waitress was so very courteous and professional. Another wonderful experience at Buca! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for everything!!!
