We had a group of 16. Our waiter was very helpful with menu and always had our refills without us needing to ask. Great family experience

The waiter was not helpful and dragged his feet on everything. Also ruined the birthday surprise for my granddaughter. All in all, it would take a lot for me to go back. Dood was not great.

Prices are really high for pasta and pizza…,not a good value. The service (JP) was excellent, but the food was just OK. Pizza was like cafeteria food from school. Buca Di Beppo used to be so much better!

The restaurant is in serious need of cleaning and updating. Filthy, lack of adequate AC, horrible smell, carpets were really dirty. Food was cold and and had no flavor. Will never go back.

Dinner at Buca de Beppo was great! Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially our server Justice. Extremely helpful and was able to accommodate a change in menu item that we requested. He was friendly, attentive and efficient. He made our dining experience relaxing and fun. Quattro al forno entree was excellent. Each of the pasta items was delicious and freshly made and came out hot. Bread was really good. We just returned from France and Buca's bread was just as good!!!!

Super disappointed in our experience. Our son wanted to go to an Italian restaurant for his 13th birthday. The staff was very friendly. The rum drinks were wonderful, but it took entirely too long for us to get our food. No ones food was ready as the same time. Our daughter’s Mac and cheese was super dry. The portion sizes were way too small for the price. The Chicken Limon left so much to be desired. No color on the chicken. The pizza was TERRIBLE. It looked like something my children would make at home on pizza night. It was a complete waste of money. I feel like my son’s birthday was ruined by the terrible experience.
