Our server, Jared, was wonderful. Very attentive did not have to ask him for refills. The food was fantastic. My son and I had a great time there conversing with Jared and even introduced us to his friend, Nick. For us it was a great night and Jared joined and as a friend!!

We had a fantastic experience, from the exceptional service to the delicious food. Our waitress, Raelin, was outstanding. Despite the restaurant being busy, she provided attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. The portion sizes were generous enough to allow for leftovers, something she kindly warned us about, which made us laugh! We ordered the sausage and mushroom pizza, pepperoni pizza, spaghetti with meatballs, and shrimp fra diavolo, and everyone truly enjoyed their meals. The portions are large enough to easily share among at least three to four people. The restaurant's ambiance also contributes to a family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our Christmas meal.

Our server was average and then I found a long hair in my food. It was not a good experience at all. I could go into detail but please know, it just was not good.

We normally like Buca, but tonight’s experience was not great. Service was slow. We had to ask our server to order drinks & our dinner. They were out of multiple cocktails, dinner items, and even glasses at one point. My husband’s beer was poured into 2 smaller glasses. Plates and cups were not cleared quickly.

Hour and half wait after we were seated at table. For spaghetti. I think we were forgotten. The manager credited our appetizer. Which was cold when we got food

The hostess gave our table away after asking us to leave and come back. We returned 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes before asking for an update. She told me we’d already been seated. Which obviously was not true. Eventually, she realized she made a mistake and seated another party using our reservation. Rather than helping to solve the problem, she simply left and another hostess returned. After a few minutes of back and forth, in which I felt like she was trying to convince the mistake was my fault, the new hostess ultimately apologized and found us a table. In total, we waited about an hour, as we arrived 15 minutes early, so 45 minutes past our reservation time. Nothing was offered to fix the mistake and the manager never even bothered to check in and make sure our issue was resolved. The food was average Italian, which is what we expected. We have three kids aged 9 and under, so we thought Buca was a good choice for the quality and atmosphere. From that perspective, it fit the bill. However, keeping our kids occupied that length of time is a challenge and why we made reservations over a month ago. Makes me wonder why we even made reservations as they told us they overbooked themselves and couldn’t keep the reservation. Then, they ended up seating walk-ins much faster than us after giving our table away to someone else. The biggest frustration was the lack or ownership and problem solving. Everyone makes mistakes, just own up to them and fix the issue. Passing the buck sure left a sour taste in my mouth.
